He was predeceased by: his wife Carol M. Hartman (Mercier); his parents, Lester Hartman and Mabel Hartman (Ziegler); and his siblings, Earl Hartman and Maida Quinn.
He is survived by: his daughters, Holly Kilgore (Todd) of Torrington, Deborah Clark of Bloomfield and Karen Hedman (Douglas) of Simsbury; his granddaughters, Elisha Clark of Cambridge, MA, Marissa of Simsbury, Teagan Hedman of Simsbury, Jenna of Torrington and Colleen Kilgore of Torrington; and his sister-in-law Joyce Falkin of West Hartford. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
