He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Margaret Scotton and Edwin Scotton; his children, Edwin Scotton III, Gail Powell, Mary Jane McCoy and Thomas Scotton; his children-in-law, Daniel McCoy, Cindy Scotton and Dianne Scotton; and his brother David Scotton of Annapolis, MD. He was also cherished by 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
