He was predeceased by: his spouse Rev. Waltena Bobo (Bates); his parents, Cullen Ulysses Thomas Bobo and Allen Lucille Bobo (Butler); and his siblings, Cullen Ulysses Thomas Bobo, Jr. and Margaret Bobo Gray.
He is survived by: his children, Harry, Auletta Rochelle Bobo of Bloomfield and Clyde Bernard Bobo of Willimantic; his siblings, James Edward Bobo of Greenville, SC and Maudie Bobo of Brooklyn, NY; his children, Carl Mickens, Jr. (Phylicia Hartfield-Mickens) of Los Angeles, CA, Kywan Brooks of Hartford and Jeanay Wallace of West Hartford; his grandchildren, Brittany Green (Stephen), Tiffany Bobo of West Harford, Brianna Bobo of West Hartford and Josiah Bobo of Willimantic; and his great grandchild Isabella Tyner. He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews; and host of other relatives and friends.
