Clara Patricia Ann Chambers Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Clara Patricia Ann Chambers (Bloomfield, Connecticut), born in Hartford, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 31, 2024 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Steve; and her son Geoffrey. She is survived by: her son Jamal; her brother Nelson Carter Sr.; her grandchildren, Nya and Josh Chambers; her nephews, Greg Carter (Cheryl) and Nelson Carter Jr.; her niece Pamela Carter (Lloyd); and her godchildren, McKenzie and Taylor. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the First Cathedral (1151 Blue Hills Ave, Bloomfield, CT 06002). A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Clara's honor to the Connecticut Education Foundation (CEF) to support future generations of learners.
