She is survived by: her son Alfred Mears of Bloomfield; her sister Ethel L. Gadson of Hartford; her grandchildren, Clarence L. Mears, III and Tonya Mears; and her great grandchildren, Clarence L. Mears, IV and Ayannah Mears.
