He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm R. Knox and Ruth Knox Clark (Whitney); his brother Charles M. Knox; and his sister-in-law Kellie Knox. He is survived by: his siblings, Carolyn K. Hopkins (Jordan) of Penn Yan, NY and William B. Knox (Kate Barnhart) of Pittsboro, NC; and his caregiver Touchpoints. He is also survived by his niece, nephews and extended family.
