He was predeceased by: his brother Ross "Buzzy" DeLorenzo. He is survived by: his wife Anita; his sons, Michael (Lucida) of Berlin, CT, Robert (LoAn Mayer) of San Antonio, TX and Kenneth of Stonington, CT.; his grandsons, Mitchell of Worcester, MA, Maximillian of Berlin, CT and Steven (Desiree); his children, Zoey of San Antonio, TX, Gavin of San Antonio, TX and Paige of San Antonio, TX; his granddaughter Sarah of San Antonio, TX.; his great grandchildren, William of Berlin, CT and Castiel of San Antonio, TX.; his siblings, Susie (Ron Neistein) of Bloomfield, CT and Mickey (Herb Wohl) of New York, NY; and his sister-in-law Mickey DeLorenzo of Florida. He is also survived by his sons and daughter-in-law, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear and special friends and coworkers.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the Connecticut Humane Society.
