He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Butkus (Julian); and his brother Charles "Burr" Butkus. He is survived by: his father Anthony E. Butkus, Jr.; his siblings, Tony Butkus of Bethlehem, Scott Butkus of Woodbury and Diane Rabideau (Jason) of Bethlehem; and his nieces and nephews, Madison of Kaylee, TJ and Dylan.
