Assard of Bethlehem, Connecticut, born in Plymouth, Connecticut, who passed away on December 9, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Assard and Evelyn Assard (Whalley); his stepmother Rose Assard; and his brother David Assard. He is survived by: his wife Christine Assard (Foote); his children, George Assard (Maria) of Bolton, Conn., Joseph Assard (Kelly) of Montville, Conn. and Jessica Assard-Wu (Mike) of West Hartford, Conn.; his grandchildren, Nicholas Assard, Julia Assard, Alyssa Birch, Shelby Birch, Samuel Assard, Charles John Lelek (Katiera), Magnus Luke Burgess, Kaylin Wu and Dylan Wu; his great grandchildren, Savannah Birch, Mason Winkle, Elijah Lelek, Declan Lelek, Kaelynne Lelek and Chase Lelek; and his sister Pamela Malley (Mike) of Plymouth, Conn..
