He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Mitchell and Irene Mitchell (Johnson); and his son Bruce E. Mitchell. He is survived by: his wife Vivian Mitchell (Satula); his daughters, Cheryl Stroker of Bethlehem and Karen Mandes of Bozrah; his grandchildren, Spencer, Lindsey Stroker, Zoe and George Mandes; his great grandchild Layla Stroker; and his siblings, Henry Mitchell, Marylin Bensavage and Diane Fitzgerald.
