He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Gross Watts (Betty) and Richard G. Watts. He is survived by: his wife Regina "Cathy" Watts; his daughters, Sarah Loveless and Amy Watts Bovaird; his grandchildren, Graylin Bovaird, Beckett Loveless, Kinsel Bovaird and Andeanna Loveless; and his siblings, Rebecca Kirk, Elizabeth Watts, Robert Watts and David Watts. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Kelly's memory may be made to the Housatonic Habitat for Humanity.
