He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Samuelson and Marion Banks. He is survived by: his wife Carol Lee Samuelson; his children, Richard Samuelson (Teresa), Vicki Chelednik and Ken Samuelson; his grandchildren, Erik, Nicholas Samuelson, Morgan Paquin (Garrett), Rose Chelednik, Ken Jr. (Molly) and Kortney; his siblings, Gary Doski (Sandy) and Donna Schlank (Hershal); and his sister-in-law Donna Jack.
