He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Poletynski and Doris Poletynski (Raley); and his brother Dennis Poletynski. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Brady; his stepdaughter Sarah Brady; his son-in-law Niwath Chhun; his grandson Lincoln Chhun; his brother Dale Poletynski; and his sisters-in-law, Cheryl Poletynski and Jeanette Poletynski. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
