He was predeceased by: his father Michael E. Keegan; and his brother Michael P. Keegan. He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Keegan of Bethel; his wife Hang Liu of Bethel; his sisters, Denise Hartman of Vermont and Deidre Hook (Eddie) of Bethel; his daughters, Ally and Andie Keegan of San Diego; and the mother of his children Carrie Keegan.
