She was predeceased by: her parents, Jorge Lainez and Gloria Gardner. She is survived by: her husband David Carter; her son Edward Carter (Melissa); her siblings, Jose Lainez (Flor) and Bertilia Evans; her nephew Daniel Evans; her niece Melissa Evans; and her sister-in-law Cynthia Whitmore.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bethel Funeral Home (215 Greenwood Ave, Bethel, CT 06801). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Mary Church (26 Dodgingtown Rd, Bethel, CT 06801).
