He is survived by: his wife Ruby Vallier of Washington; his daughter Tammy Montgomery Coscia (John M. Coscia); his grandchildren, James Michael and Michaela Leigh; his daughter Corrina of Washington; his granddaughter Breanna Star; his children, Bobbi-Jo of Washington, Scott of Washington and Kirk of Washington; his foster daughter Jacqueline Lemay Martin (John Martin); and also, Aidan and Aubrey.
