He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Mulhall (Swiatowicz) and James Mulhall; his brother James "Jimmy" Mulhall; and his son-in-law Anthony "Tony" Martins. He is survived by: his wife Elsie Mulhall (Highley); his children, Kristen Martins (Mulhall) and Devin Barry Mulhall; his stepson Daniel Highley Sette; his grandchildren, Daniel H. Sette, Dylan J. Sette, Nicholas E. Sette, Michaela A. Martins and Anthony A. Martins; his brother Dennis Mulhall (Sarah); his goddaughter Emily Cruz (Mulhall); and his nephew DJ Mulhall.
