She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph C. Grazioso; her great-nephews, Jason Mana and Phillip Lupo; her siblings, Ida Congo, Carmela A. "Mille" Mana, Margaret Ruocco, Anthony and Albert Sagnella; and her parents, Paul Sagnella and Giovannina Cutillo Sagnella.

She is survived by: her brother-in-law Emil Mana of Bethany; her nephew Stephen Mana; her niece Linda Appleby; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Thomas Haesche, Michael Haesche, Alan C. Grazioso, Stephen Mana, Emilly Lupo, Angela Lupo and Helen. She is also survived by her numerous relatives and friends.
