He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Hook and Josephine Hook; and his stepdaughter-in-law Linda Snyder of Washington. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Mary Shute Hook of Bethany; his stepson Brenton "Bo" Synder (Mirna) of Liberty Lake, Washington; and his stepgrandchildren, Ryan Snyder of Bristol and Katie Snyder of Middlebury.
