She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph J. Trzaski and Julia Trzaski (Heller); her brother Thomas J. Trzaski; and her former husband David Mahan. She is survived by: her husband Dennis J. Tuohy; her sister Patty Welch (Mark); her stepchildren, Michael Tuohy (Letizia) and Rebecca Shypinka (David); and her siblings-in-law, Cornelius Tuohy, Howard Sterling, Ruth Ann Ceryak and Deborah Hutton (John). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Everyone attending will be required to wear a facial covering and to adhere to social distancing requirements.
