She was predeceased by: her husband Hubert "Bill" Lee Andrew Williams, Sr.; her parents, Herbert Whiteman and Catherine Caton Whiteman; her siblings, Samuel, Herbert Whiteman, Jr. and Lena Sylvester; her stepson Larry Williams; and her grandson William James Foster.
She is survived by: her children, Hubert "Bill" Lee Andrew Williams, Jr. and Yolanda Williams Foster; her stepchildren, Terry Williams Turner and Valerie Williams Howze; her sister Dorothy Gerald; her grandson Malcolm Alexander Foster; and her stepgrandchildren, Kevin McAdoo, Corey Turner, Katina Turner and Billy D. Williams. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
