She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanislaw "Stanley" Kazmierski and Frances Kazmierski (Lech); her husband John Chernecky; and her siblings, Henry Kazmierski and Wladyslawa "Cora" Kazmierski.
She is survived by: her children, MaryAnn Stevens (Craig) of Bethany, Connecticut and John Chernecky (Kim) of Clermont, Florida; her brother John Boshko of Thomaston, Connecticut; her grandchildren, Kelly Caselli (Brian), Craig Stevens (Cori), Katelyn Calabrese (Ryan), Janice Kleyla (Brandon), Jennifer Dutton, John Chernecky (Sarah) and Jason Chernecky (Victoria); her great grandchildren, Tyler, Aiden and Aubrey Caselli; and her grandchildren, Savannah, Charlotte Stevens, Emma, Teagan, Nora Calabrese, Danielle Kleyla and Benjamin Dutton. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and friends.
