He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Nicosia Milazzo and Chatfield Farms; and his siblings, Nicholas, Peter, Charles Milazzo and Jennie Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Justine Pagella Milazzo of Beacon Falls; his children, Michael P. Milazzo, Jr. (Lynne) of Easley, SC, Linda Antignani (David) of Stratford and Laura Parente (Richard) of Orange; his sister Sarah Pagliuca; his grandchildren, Nicole Fudge (Shaun Austin), Jonna Fudge, Justin Fudge (Nikki Marie Bacarro), Giustina, Angelina Parente and Michael P. Milazzo, III; and his great grandchildren, Alexandria, Alexander Austin and David T. Antignani. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bridgeport Hospital Foundation, 267 Grant Street, Bridgeport, CT 06610 for Palliative Care Program at Park Avenue.
