He was predeceased by: his wife Helen O'Donnell Semplenski; his parents, Frank Semplenski and Clara Wisniewski Semplenski; and his children, Gerald Semplenski and Sara Semplenski Maffeo.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Eric, Christie and Kimberlee Maffeo; his son-in-law Craig Maffeo; and his siblings, David Semplenski (Donna) and Claire Nystrom.
Visitors will be asked to wear masks and adhere to social distancing requirements at all times.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts in Frank's memory may be made to The Crazy Horse Memorial Foundation, to the VFW Post 1946 or the American Legion Post 25, all through the funeral home.
