He is survived by: his spouse Judie Anderson; his parent Angele Firestine (Belair); his stepfather Raymond Firestine; his grandchildren, Cuyler and Maddie; his daughter Sarah Towne (Ted); and his former wife Susan Stewart. He is also survived by one step-brother and one step-sister.
Memorial donations in Dale's name can be made to the First Tee of Connecticut, ASPCA, or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
