He was predeceased by: his parents, Gertrude Malone (Hickel) and Roderick Malone; and his children, Kathy Astrayukas, Ron Malone, Keith Malone and Tim Malone.

He is survived by: his wife Alexandra Malone (Yeitz); his stepchildren, Brian Yeitz and Brenda Sanborn; and his great grandchildren, Reis and Laelah. He is also survived by Six grandchildren.
