With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Philip C. Robtoy (Baltic, Connecticut), born in Fairfax, Vermont, who passed away on December 11, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Ovitt and Adelphis Robtoy; and his daughter Tori Clark. He is survived by: his wife Linda Robtoy (Pinckney); and his children, Philip Jr. (Christina) of Sprague and Dawn Harrington (Mark) of Brooklyn, CT.. He is also survived by his brothers, sister, and daughter.
