Geraldine A. Meadows Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Geraldine A. Meadows of Baltic, Connecticut, born in Norwich, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 2, 2025 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Geraldine farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Geraldine is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nellie Kapteina (Izbicki) and Peter Kapteina of Versailles; and her husband Edward "Buddy" Meadows. She is survived by: her daughter Kelly Schenking (Thomas); her grandchildren, Lindsay and Mallory; her son Michael Meadows (Annalise); her grandson Trenton Meadows; and her pet Calvin.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Woyasz & Son Funeral Service - Norwich (141 Central Ave, Norwich, CT 06360).
