He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Joseph and Bertha May Ann Wood (Bell); and his brother Edward J. Wood Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Daniel Wood, Rachel Carroll and Jocelyn Higuera; his grandchildren, Madison, Jaden and Valerie; and his siblings, Barbara Cyr and Al Wood.
A reception was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Thomas L. Neilan & Sons Funeral Home (12 Ocean Ave, New London, CT 06320).
