He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hinrich and Gerda Holtkamp (Meinen) of Wittmund; his wife Barbara C. Holtkamp; and his sons, Tido J. Holtkamp of Simsbury and Richard T. Holtkamp of Bedford.
