He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Edward Lowell, III and Ericka Marion Lowell (Liu) of Avon; his grandparents, Thomas, Francine Lowell of Broad Brook, Victoria Liu of Avon and Jacquelyn Liu of Southington; and his aunts and uncles, Harry, Cyndi Lacross of Broad Brook, Timothy, Jo-Anne Lowell of Hebron and Krista Lowell of Cromwell. He is also survived by several cousins, and many friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Vincent Funeral Home - Canton (120 Albany Turnpike, Canton, CT 06019). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
