It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Samuel Walter Askinas (Avon, Connecticut), born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on April 2, 2018, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Russian Askinas and Abraham Askinas; and also Jennie Askinas (Smith).
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Dr. Walter Askinas Senior Prize Fund for Integrity and Citizenship at Tufts University.
