She was predeceased by: her husband George J D'Addario; her parents, Louis Spears and Ruth Spears (Barrett); her daughter Jeanette D'Addario; and her brother Louis Spears.
She is survived by: her children, Dianne O'Brien (Philip) of Middletown and George J. D'Addario, Jr. (Maria) of Bristol; her grandchildren, Penny Muldoon (Kevin), Michelle O'Brien, Jennifer O'Brien, Michael O'Brien (Caitlin), Gina D'Addario (Jessie Lund) and Anthony D'Addario (Kirsten Cunningham); her great grandchildren, AJ, Liam, Nora O'Brien and Theo Lund; and her brother-in-law Peter Forte of Avon.
