It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marguerite Roy (Avon, Connecticut), who passed away on January 21, 2020, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Charles W. Roy; her parents, Edward Southey and Amanda Southey (Farken); her son Dr. Charles Roy; her grandsons, Christopher and Luke Roy; and her sisters, Beatrice Case and Dorothy Dodge.
She is survived by: her son Edward Roy (Peg) of New Hartford; her daughter-in-law Cheri Roy of Grand Junction, CO; her grandsons, Adam Roy (Sarah) of Aspen, CO and David Roy (Marianna) of San Francisco, CA; her great grandchildren, Luke, Lydia Roy of Aspen, CO and Fiona Roy of San Francisco, CA; and also Michelle Gagan of Avon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
