He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Charles and Edna Maskaitis (Scheidel); and his siblings, John Maskaitis and Carol Howland. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Maskaitis (Grundwalski); his children, Carrie Edquist (Christopher) of Wolcott and Henry Maskaitis (Niki) of Simsbury; his sister Beverly Elder (Scott) of Florida; his grandchildren, Alana Dupee, Kaylee Sullivan, Leonard Dupee, Jr., Olivia Coretto, Nicholas Maskaitis and Grace "Amazing Grace" Maskaitis; and his great grandchildren, Kolton, Lawson, Greyson and Emerson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Vincent Funeral Home - Canton (120 Albany Turnpike, Canton, CT 06019). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Patrick's Church (50 Church St, Canton, CT 06019).
