James M. Bridgman Obituary
The memory of James M. Bridgman of Avon, Connecticut, born in Bristol, Connecticut, who passed away on February 8, 2025 at the age of 85, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Bridgman and Lena Bridgman (Morrill); his brothers, Arthur and Robert Bridgman; and his daughter Nancy.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Robinson; his children, Thomas Bridgman, Cheryl Harger (Scott) and Marcia Banks (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Sierra Boulem (Matthew), Leah Harger, Chloe Bridgman, Emma Banks and Andrew Banks; and his great grandchild River Smith.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Valley Community Baptist Church (590 W Avon Rd, Avon, CT 06001).
Memorial Contributions may be made to the Avon Historical Society or the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
