She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Lombardi and Albina Lombardi (Arcari); and her brother Richard J. Lombardi. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Carol Lombardi; her nephews, James Lombardi, Thomas Lombardi and Kenneth Lombardi; and her niece Alisa Herrington (Benjamin).
