She is survived by: her children, Paul Kotarba (Susan) of Denver, CO, Susan Kotarba of Collinsville, CT and Timothy Kotarba (Cynthia) of Mastic, NY; her grandchildren, Alexis Smallridge (Jonathan), Michael Kotarba and Genevieve Schreiber; her great grandchildren, Cecilia Smallridge, Nicholas and Lillian Kotarba; and her nephew Robert E. Parrish.
