He was predeceased by: his parents, James Joseph and Margaret Hurley (Lilley); and his brother Michael Hurley (Stephanie Hurley) of Canton, CT. He is survived by: his grandson Ares; his wife Barbara Pelczar Hurley; his children, Robert Hurley of Barkhamsted and Rebecca (Mark Adajian) of Farmington; his grandchildren, Lucas Hurley and Lilly Hurley; his sister Kathleen Hurley (Ontario) of Toronto; his nieces and nephews, Orun and Ojo Irunmale; his brother Thomas Hurley (Patricia) of Naples, FL; his nephews, Brian and Joshua Hurley; his sister Eileen Shea (Les) of Boston, MA; his nieces, Emily and Elizabeth Shea; his nephew David; his sister Rosemary Toth (Bill) of Milford, CT; his nephews, Daniel and Aaron Toth; his sister Patricia Furst of Glastonbury, CT; his nieces and nephews, Matthew, Gregory Furst, Olivia Rose Mattis, Jackson Hurley and Taya Hurley; and his stepchildren, Christine and Jamie.
