She is survived by: her husband John J. Kuzia; her sons, Christopher J. Kuzia (Susan) of West Hartford, Kevin M. Kuzia of Glastonbury and Jason M. Kuzia (Amanda Jill) of Roswell, GA; her brother Donald Herman (Margaret) of Johnson City, NY; and her grandchildren, Colin, Samuel, Archer and Penelope Kuzia.
