He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Pierson and Elizabeth Pierson (Basserman). He is survived by: his wife Leslie Pierson (Rogers); and his siblings, Don Pierson (Sue) of Wallingford, Carol Gesner of Torrington, Ann DeStefano (Tom) of Trumbull and Mary George (Norm) of Little River, SC.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
