He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Fischer and Marian Chatfield Fischer. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Fischer (Senetcky); his brother Arthur Fischer (Regina) of Orange, CT.; and his children, Kristine Hall (Fischer) of Pepperell, MA., Suzette Bolduc (Fischer) of Old Lyme, CT. and Thomas Fischer Jr. of Tolland, CT.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
