He is survived by: his mother Eleanor Haluschak (Finer); his wife Debra Haluschak of Shelton; his daughter Lynn Wollman (Keith) of Florida; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Kristopher; his siblings, David Haluschak (Rosanne) of Scottsdale, AZ and Kim Ellen Haluschak (Mike DiMauro) of Rocky Hill; his nieces, Mikhalia and Amity Haluschak; his brother Glen Michael; and his pet Hendrix.
