Koslowski (Michele) of Ansonia; his sisters, Eleanor Kurdy of Ansonia and Maryann Simon of Ansonia; and his grandchildren, Joseph Schumacher (Christina) of Shelton, Megan Koslowski of Ansonia and Joshua Koslowski of Ansonia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
