He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul J. III and Mary Spiro Jacobs. He is survived by: his wife Carol Valentine Jacobs; his son Paul J. Jacobs V (Liliana); his grandchildren, Channing and Zoe; his stepchildren, Ryan, Shawn and Corey Hart; his siblings, David Jacobs, Elizabeth Jacobs and Donna Desimone; his uncle Robert Jacobs; and his aunt Patricia Jacobs.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Galello-Luchansky Funeral & Cremation Services (2220 Main St, Stratford, CT 06615).
