He is survived by: his wife Elaine Huot D'Alessio; his children, Michael A. D'Alessio of Ansonia, David J. D'Alessio (Sharon) of Ansonia, Gina D'Alessio Giugno (Mario) of Ansonia and Marie D'Alessio of Ansonia; his siblings, Anthony M. D'Alessio Jr. of Ansonia and Genevieve Kozak of Ansonia; his grandchildren, David J. D'Alessio Jr. (Nicole), Anthony D'Alessio (Christine), Michelle D'Alessio, Melissa Nunez (Hector), Maria Giugno-Sonnemann (Bill) and Tyler Buck; and his great grandchildren, Makayla, Hailey, Ayden, Katelyn, Jacob, Jonathan, Nico, Jonah, Savannah and Arianna. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
