He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Diaz Sr. and Maria Rodriguez. He is survived by: his girlfriend Margaret Bizewski of Seymour; his close friend Margaret; his daughters, Linnette, Annette and Jeannette Diaz; his stepsons, Robert Bizewski (Lita May), Donald Bizewski (Melissa) and Shawn Bizewski; his grandchildren, Jayden and Amarilyze; his stepgrandchildren, Robert Jr. (Jenna), Corey (Vanessa), Krysta, Amanda (James), Brooke (William) and Nicholas (Jackie); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Piper, Aydin, Dani, Arya and Nakoa; his daughters-in-law, Tammy and Michele; and his close friend Raymond "Yogi" Velasquez.
