Owens (Ansonia, Connecticut), born in New Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on June 24, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Rand and Patricia Meaney Rand. She is survived by: her friend Peggy; her husband Richard D. Owens; her daughter Patricia Owens-Manion of Ansonia; her granddaughters, Skarlette Jean Manion and Kaelyn Grace Manion; and her brothers, Benjamin "Randy" Rand (Nancy) of Buffalo, NY, Christopher Rand (Susan) of Cheshire and John Rand (Kathy) of Ohio. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
