With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lucy A. Pepler of Ansonia, Connecticut, born in Harrisville, Rhode Island, who passed away on August 28, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas H. Pepler Jr.; her parents, Edward Huguenin and Eva Boucher Huguenin; her son Thomas H. Pepler III; her brothers, Lionel, Robert, Roland and Wilfred Huguenin; and her great grandchild Jeffrey Michael Pytlak.

She is survived by: her children, Steven A. Pepler Sr. of Wallingford, Cynthia A. Pepler of Calabash, NC, Sandra M. Pytlak (Walter) of Ansonia and Diana L. Pepler of Ansonia; her siblings, Joseph Huguenin (Carol) of Chepachet, RI, Marcel Huguenin (Joann) of Calabash, NC, Roger Huguenin (Pauline) of Webster, MA, Mary Barnes of Chepachet, RI, Della Bulris of Chepachet, RI and Alice Malinosky of Chepachet, RI; her grandchildren, Thomas Pepler IV (Ruth), Mario Pepler (Danielle McCann), Christopher Pytlak (Julianne DiGennaro) of Wallingford, Jeffrey Pytlak (Yvette) of Ansonia, A. J, Searles (Lisa Schumann) of Ansonia, Chantel Searles (Nick Perdo) of Hamden, Tyra Pepler of Pittsburgh, PA, Amanda Pepler of Wallingford, Kristin Pepler of Wallingford and Steven A. Pepler Jr. of Wallingford; her great grandchildren, Jessica, Grace, Aurora, Joshua, Lianna, Elora and Olivia; and her great great grandchildren, Connor, Faith and Tristan. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
