He is survived by: his wife Eileen C. Sweet Mazerolle; his son Randy S. Mazerolle (Stephanie) of Jacksonville, FL; his sister Jacqueline Hahlen of Ohio; and his grandchildren, Madison B. Mazerolle of Jacksonville, FL and Jared S. Mazerolle of Jacksonville, FL. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
